祛风文冬姜酒煮鸡 :
材料 :
马来鸡一只斩件。
100克文冬老姜剁碎。
一支文冬姜酒。
麻油
盐适量
做法 :
先热锅后加入姜碎小火炒至干透,再加入鸡肉翻炒片刻,加入盐和麻油适量,另加清水半杯,炒至锅内材料均匀,加入姜酒煮滚,上盖煮15到20分钟,即可上桌。

Practices:
