~~祛风文冬姜酒煮鸡~~

祛风文冬姜酒煮鸡


材料
   
   马来鸡一只斩件。
   100克文冬老姜剁碎。
   一支文冬姜酒
   麻油
   盐适量


做法


   先热锅后加入姜碎小火炒至干透,再加入鸡肉翻炒片刻,加入盐和麻油适量,另加清水半杯,炒至锅内材料均匀,加入姜酒煮滚,上盖煮1520分钟,即可上桌。

Material:
  
   Kampung chicken chopped into pieces.
   100 g Bentong minced ginger.
   A bottle of Bentong ginger wine.
   Sesame oil
   Salt to taste


Practices:


   First wok to ginger fire stir-fry until dry, then add chicken and stir fry, add salt and sesame oil to taste, plus water half a cup, stir-fry until the pot material evenly, add the ginger wine and bring to boil, the top cover to cook 15-20 minutes and serve.
